Hi there - I’m Katherine! Whether you're building a custom home or tackling a major renovation, I know how overwhelming the design process can feel. I've been there! In 2021, my husband and I built our home here in Goochland, and that's how I met Molly - as her client! 

Working with Molly on our own home taught me more than I ever expected—not just about design, but about how much joy there is in creating spaces that feel personal, beautiful, and functional. It inspired me to take a big step and pivot careers. In 2022, I joined MollybyDesign as a Design Associate and Selections Manager.

In addition to helping you stay organized, meet deadlines, and make confident design decisions, I'm here to be a steady source of clarity, encouragement, and collaboration every step of the way. Before joining the MollybyDesign team, I worked as a high school AP Calculus and Geometry teacher. My background in math, love for learning, and ability to support others through complex tasks have made me an asset in my current role.

​Together, Molly and I have created a custom selections management system and a centralized communication tool that streamlines every project - eliminating email overload and making sure no detail falls through the crack in real time!
