That's where we come in. MBD goes beyond simple layouts to help you understand how your space will live and feel - before anything is built.

 

We now use Chief Architect to create both 2D and 3D design visuals, allowing clients to see their layout, flow, cabinetry, and furniture placement in realistic, easy-to-understand views. This removes the guesswork and improves communication between homeowners, draftsmen and builders.

• Lifestyle-Based Design Discovery. We start with a conversation about how you live - and how you want to live - so we can align function with feeling.

• Conceptual Floor Plans & 3D Views. Using your goals and existing home or site conditions, we develop space plans that solve for work zones, circulation, focal points, lighting, and more. These can be shared with draftsmen for construction ready detailing. Some draftsman also offer a discount for our drawings since we do a lot of the work for them.

• Design Recommendations That Go Beyond Layout. From furniture zones to ceiling fixtures, window alignment to electrical planning, we offer suggestions that support both beauty and usability.
