Space Planning in Richmond, Virginia

This was a growing family that wanted to add more bedroom space and expand on their kitchen/living area. We worked with them to develop concept plans so that they could get more accurate construction bids on making their dream a reality.  

 

Paying close attention to their family needs, budget and existing conditions, we developed a realistic plan to improve their first floor plan layout while providing an addition as well.
