Space Planning in Kents Store, Virginia

This family needed to have their plan be more accommodating to their family's casual lifestyle. We saw that the kitchen really needed to be a lot more accommodating for their family, the living room wasn’t necessary, the nook needed to be more functional and the upstairs circulation needed some additional work. 

 

They were very pleased with the larger kitchen layout, improved nook and dining spaces along with the more efficient master suite, all three bedrooms were more similar in size and their girls shared bathroom was a more user friendly size as well.

We reworked the master bathroom to create a more efficient layout and better views overall. The Homeowner was thrilled that we could also manipulate the space a little more to create bedrooms that were more similarly sized and a more efficient layout for the shared bath.
